The "Eijken Sluijters - vans  Aspert Fonds" was founded on March 10, 1992 by Johannes Eijken Sluijters and his wife Margaretha Eijken Sluijters - van Aspert with the aim of promoting organ culture. However, the resources available for this purpose are limited and financial support is provided only after a positive decision by the board.

In the past, the fund has supported the recitals on Saturday afternoon and the International César Franck Competition in St.-Bavo's Cathedral and Basilica in Haarlem, organ recitals in De Duif in Amsterdam and the publication of several monographs published after the restoration of historic organs.
